| 內容摘要 | 本次論壇主要邀請國內外專家深入探討大地起伏模型應用與地表變形監測技術。論壇中將介紹目前台灣最新的大地起伏模式與內政部地政司的重力相關監測設備。由於地表變形(包括地震、滑坡、地層下陷等)不僅威脅基礎設施穩定，還對觀測大地起伏的精度、生態系統和經濟造成影響，開發創新監測技術至關重要，以有效識別和解決問題。論壇將展示台灣新大地起伏模型、地下感測器、衛星遙感技術和地面測量技術，有助於深入了解地表變形的成因和影響及精進大地起伏精度。論壇亦將強調探討如何透過政策和技術創新來減輕地表變形對社會和環境的影響。此次論壇將提升對精確大地起伏模型和地表變形監測重要性的認識，促進國際合作與知識交流。 |
